    The owner and manager of onestop are the most unprofessional leasing company I have personally ever had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. They come off very pretentious and display an arogance that is down right rude. Good luck getting any service on your rental unless it is an issue that thier resident handyman can fix. If your needing a professional solution to an issue ie: plumber, elecrician, HVAC , you will wait months to get it scheduled and repaired. They insist that they be alowed to schedule the work while you are not in the home, this is difficult depending on your work schedule. It would not have been so bad if the owner and manager would actually treat people with a little respect, rather than just another nagging problem that does not deserve thier attention or effort.

    My husband and I are current tenants and we have not had any major issues. We had a small hiccup with the gas meter; but they moved quickly to right the situation. Kim and Charity are really great to work with. No complaints over here!
